Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo - Cameroon

Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium is used mostly for football matches in Yaoundé. It opened in 1972 and is also known as Stade Omnisports. The stadium is known as the principal place of national soccer team in Cameroon. Also known as the Lions Indomptable, French Indomitable Lions. Samuel Eto'o became one of their famous players in the world. He signed with several giants of football in Europe such as Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona and FC Internazionale. The national soccer team of Cameroon won the African Cup of Nations on several occasions and reached the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup in Italy in 1990. He also won the football tournament of the 2000 Olympics in Australia.
